Associate Apostle, Retired Social Worker, Counselor, Life Coach
Chief Apostle Hayes is founder and visionary of World Outreach Deliverance Ministries. She earned a Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Life Coaching from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona. She has also served as Chairman and Co-chairman of Spiritual Life Ministries. She has also served as First and Second Vice-President of the Berea District Missionaries for 28 churches. She was licensed to preach 1988 and ordained as a Reverend in 1991 through Cedar Fall Baptist Church and the Berea Association of churches. Apostle Hayes was ordained and consecrated an Apostle in 2008 the Presiding Prelate Chief Apostle M. Barr, Winston Salem, N.C. She attended Denmark Technical College, Denmark, South Carolina. and earned an Associate Degree in Office Occupations. She is a graduate of Gardner Webb University, Boiling Springs, North Carolina where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, A graduate of Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona and earned a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and Theology with Emphasis in Leadership. Apostle Hayes is a retired licensed Social Worker, and a Notary Republic of South Carolina. She was employed by the Department of Social Services for 28 years, and the Marlboro County School District for 2 ½ years.
