Dr. Tillman received her Doctorate of Divinity and was ordained as an Apostle in Fresno, California in 2008 by Bishop D.E. McElroy. Apostle Tillman provided services to a 456-unit housing project during Hurricane Katrina relief in 2005 in McComb, Mississippi. CEO//MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS started 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing services to veterans and non-veterans who are in hardships and distresses by providing counseling, workshops, seminars, housing, employment, and other essentials.
